Jerry and Shelly Carr, Rochester, have recently been named as Kitchen Refresh franchisees for the Bloomington Territory. The Carrs also provide services in the Rochester area under a dealer relationship. Officially, the Bloomington Territory covers Bloomington, Burnsville, Chaska, Eagan, Inver Grove Heights, Mendota, Mendota Heights, Pike Island, Richfield, Savage, Shakopee, St. Paul Park, and Sunfish Lake, but they will also provide Kitchen Refresh remodel services to communities outside that area.

Jerry, originally from Portand, Mich., is a mechanical engineer from Kettering University, Flint, Mich., and has been providing contracting and finish carpentry services since 2003.
Shelly, originally from Flint, Mich., has experience buying, improving and reselling dilapidated homes.
The Carrs have four children, all of them home-schooled, and have been active coaches as well as sports officiators. They’ve attended the same church, Christ Community Church, since 1997 and are Involved in youth ministry work and mission trips to serve others.
